Do people have ideas for how to make transfer to voicemail easy for their reception staff?
Eg, we have around 15 users and Yealink T46G phones, so have provisioned BLF lights for every user. So for normal calls, it is really easy to press the BLF key and we do not need to know the actual extension number of a user.
To transfer to voicemail then all of a sudden seems so difficult. You have to remember *4. You have to know the extension number eg 105.
We have tried pressing TRANSFER, type in *4 and then press the BLF light for the extension, but this doesn't transfer to that extension's voicemail.
Other than having to have a list of extension numbers to hand and remembering *4, is there any way people implement to make this aspect easy for the phone users?
