Is there a method for users can manager there webmeeting records?

We received an email to download the mp4 file, but if the user delete the email, I don't know how to download it after that.

The mp4 file stays 7 days on the server, or until the meeting is deleted from the Webclient. Beside the link in the email, there's no way to manage/access recordings.

I'm afraid that's not possible.
