I have configured a Snom D385 this way. It just takes a bit of time ensuring that the correct info is added as it isn't laid out the same as 3CX.
On page 3 of the attached manual it shows you how to log in and edit the settings.
You will have to get the server settings from your 3CX management console for the extension you want to set up.
