Is there a maximum blacklist setting?

My current blacklist interval is set on 985500000, but yet I still receive messages stating that the number is only blacklisted for 15 minutes
The IP [xxx] on PBX [xxx] has been blacklisted and will expire on: 2023-09-09 04:44:56.

Affected Module: Webclient / API

User agent:

Reason: Blocked for too many failed authentications

This IP Address [xxx] has made numerous attempts to authenticate with 3CX using invalid credentials. In response, 3CX has blacklisted this IP and denied any further requests.

I want to blacklist the IP as long as possible.

Art.

The blacklist interval for failed authentication attempts is 15 minutes after 10 failed authentication attempts within 30 minutes, this can not be changed.

The blacklist interval you are referring to, that is found under the anti hacking module, is for failed SIP authorization attempts.

You can block the IP addresses that the failed authentication attempts are coming from on your broader devise firewall.
