3CX maximum IP Phone use same one extension?
I want 12 IP Phone use same one extension (1 license). when incoming call 12 IP Phone will ringing and only one IP Phone pickup call, another IP Phone stop ringing.

Yes , but what is the need to have 12 time same extension?
3cx license is not from users but from SC so you can have hundred phones on a 4sc license

12 IP Phone as Hot line Phone (Hardphone and Softphone) for 12 security people. How many multi IP Phone use on same extension.

isn't it better to use 12 separate extensions and set all in a RG in ring all mode ?

I understand RG but Now I don't have 12 licenses for 12 extension.

as i said previously 3CX doesn't limit how many extensions you use, so 12 extensions is not a problem

3cx License key limits how many simultaneous calls (SC) not extension number

no problem very easy, create 12 separate extensions, then create a RG, add extension to RG, choose ring all mode, done.

Agree with aws2p, create 12 extensions and add them to a ring group.

Another benefit you will be able to make internal calls between each extension
