Solved Meeting has not started yet. Please try again later

When attempting to join a webmeeting before the scheduled time, it says, "Meeting has not started yet. Please try again later." Is there a way to disable that? It's annoying to have to join at exactly the right time, as opposed to a few minutes early.

Even worse is when the time has passed for the meeting, but it still refuses to let you in.

Are you joining the meeting as the Organizer and do you by chance have the option selected that the meeting organizer needs to join first, enabled?
