Meeting links

Hello, We are using Exchange on-prem with Outlook. When we use 3CX app to schedule a meeting, it creates a customize link for each participant, but we can't control contacts or scheduling assistant using the 3CX direct mail method. If we use Outlook Online option, it takes the user to a calendar meeting with a generic meeting link. We want to be able to use this generic link while using our on-prem Outlook because we could then use it to schedule a mass meeting. Is there any setting to be able to use this feature to generate this link without having to sign into office 365?

Hi there - Then you can download the ics file to the desktop and launch it and it will open Outlook for you. See this thread. Else organize the meeting and after meeting creation the generic link is shown.....

As an update, improved webclient and 3cx windows client versions will be released in the coming days that improve this process further....

Thank you Nick! I appreciate the response and I want to say how much I like the 3CX solutions offering. Its a great product that is stable, functional and provides value.
