I have updated the 3CX software and the firmware in the Budget Tone 200 phones to the latest versions. Now, whenever I get a voice mail message, the phone now shows "n Calls" rather than the date. The only way I have found to get rid of the message is to reboot the phone, which seemd rather dramatic.
Any suggestion as to a) Where the message is coming from (I would assume 3CX) and b) How to get rid of it?
