Message to Samsung phone

Is there any easy way to send message in xml (or any other) format from PC to Samsung IP phone?

Does this involve 3CX at all? If not, you might consider posting in a Samsung Forum.

No it does not. Phone is connected to Samsung PBX.

Question was posted, because there is lots of PBX experts on this forum, so I was hoping if someone can help me with my problem.

I was hoping for some "universal" solution how to send message in any format to IP phone.

I send SMS to cellular phones via a service on my server daily at 6pm using Twilio.
Maybe not exactly what you are after - but it was fairly easy to setup and code.
