The light still flashes even after clearing the mailbox. We are on the latest 3CX software.

Under the extensions provisioning tab in 3cx management console, find "Choose how to configure Power LED notifications " and make sure it it set to "Voicemail Only". The default option is for it to flash for voicemail and missed calls. Change it there and reprovision the phone (or wait 24 hours).
