Can i use message service over all my sip extensions.

I use elastix 2.4.

if possible please explain me clearly.

What type of "Message Service" are you talking about? SIP messaging or SMS messages?

I think you want to use XMPP. I think there is a module in unembedded freepbx for that. Google for xmpp on freepbx if you want to try figure all that stuff out.

If you want free SMS texting then you need to select one of the many "Free SMS' texting providers available on the internet, or

use one of the methods found here:
