Do you mean they do not work with the 3CX Webclient only?

If you go to Settings >> Audio/Video, what devices do you see selected(Blue):

Do they have the default label or not? Also, do you see any message under "Audio/Video" about permission issues(Red)?

yes they are all on the deafult value, but it does not work so strange as on other computer everything works fine.

What web browser are you using? Can you check Windows Settings and make sure the correct audio devices are selected and the Web Browser's volume is not too low:

This should be the case since you can use webmeeting without issues but have a look just incase.

Note: If you can see the web browser in that list, try making a call to *777 from the webclient and it should appear.

Also, does anything change if go into the webclient's audio settings and switch from "Default" devices to specifically select them(the entries that do not have the default label)?

here are my windows settings.

i am using Chrome Browser 98.0.4758.102

changing the settings in 3cx does not change anything tried everything. Also using earphone does not work

calling *777 also does not give me a sound

I think we might need a bit more information in case we're missing something:

• Is the problem only affecting this one PC? Can you test with a second one?
• Do you have more PCs on the same network as this PC, do they have the same issue?
• When you said webmeeting works, you mean it works on this same PC and with this same PBX correct?
• Can you try downloading the 3CX Desktop app from within the webclient, do you get the same behavior?
• What exact version of 3CX are you running and where is it hosted? Is it on the same LAN as the PC?

me and another another person offsite had the same issues.

NO this PC is not in the company at the moment it is a remote copmuter

mmh the video works, butt when i want to invite new user for a Quickmeeting there is no "invite new users button"?? -> super strange and no pop up as explained in your tutorials

Just to clarify, when you said webmeeting worked were you talking about video only?

When you say "invite new users button" doesnt exist, do you mean this:

If yes, access the Management Console, go to "Users/Extensions >> Edit >> Click2Talk/Click2Meet" and check if maybe "Notify me by chat of new meeting request" is enabled, if it is, switch to "Requires you to connect..." and then try the meeting again:

Ah great that solved the webmeeting Problem :-) great.

but the phone audio Problem is still there! Here is the Firewall checker. Is the Problem maybe here?

It is strange as we have not made any changes to the Firewall settings :

If the firewall checker fails to pass, which it does, it's an indication of the firewall not being set up correctly which is very likely the cause of the issue. You'll have to first manage to pass the firewall checker before we can continue investigating this as there's really no point in checking anything before this has been sorted.

Make sure all required ports have been forwarded: https://www.3cx.com/docs/ports/

You might also want to check our firewall configuration guide which also has some guides for commonly used firewalls at the end of it: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/firewall-router-configuration/

Note: Do bear in mind that the firewall specific guides have been created a while back so may not be up to date with current versions. The settings may be very similar though so hopefully you'll find the information useful.

ok great i think this will be the solution.

Thank you so much for your patient help :-)

You're very welcome! Let us know if for any reason the issue persists after you've sorted this out!
