Server: IP pf my 3cx server or the name
Port: 5060

I created a user, but i cannot provisioning this device with the created user.

Do you know what i fill to the fields with questionmark?

If there is a way to solve my problem , please inform me.

Thanks a lot

Password: auth password
Hello thanks for your quick reply but on username filed does not accept more than 4 characters eg.1000.

I think that to fill like below

Username: extension number
Account : auth id
password: auth password?

is it correct?

Possibly. Try it and you'll know lol

Weird if it stops at 4 since some system use 5 digits lol

ok but the authentication id is more then 5 digits

I think that is not the correct filed filling

Also i can call the user to the microphone device but can call from the user

You can set whatever auth id you want using the management console.

Hello thanks for your answer but the problem remains.

I filled the fields as below

Name: 3cx
Server: IP of my 3cx server or the name of server
Port: 5060
Username: the extension of created user (501)
Account: Authentication id (from phone provisioning tab of user)
Password: Password id (from phone provisioning tab of user)
Expire time: 600

The problem is that, when I call the 501 from another extension , the IP microphone device is ringing and I can answer the call, but when I try to call from the IP microphone device (501) to another extension e.g. 520 the call is coming to its device and not routing to the device which is called.

So, I cannot do outcoming call but the incoming calls working perfect.

Does anyone knows how to resolve this problem?

Also the attachment file includes the activity log. I think that the problem is about authentication ID and password ID from phone provisioning tab

Thanks
