Our company has been using the free trial of Audio Conferencing. This provided each Teams user a (Non 3CX) phone number available when they create a meeting. Users who preferred to call in instead of using the Teams app could do so. Sadly the 12 month trial is over soon.

Does 3CX have an integration for this?

Thanks.

Not exactly but WebMeeting has Dial-In capability.

Hi @IT-Steve ,

3CX does indeed have an Audio Conference feature, as ConceptWeb said though, it is not a personal "conference room" per extension. Despite this though, there can be multiple audio conferences going on at the same time and of course you can have DIDs of your SIP trunk linked to it to allow External Callers to call in.

The second option is the 3CX WebMeeting, and in this case, each 3CX Extension does have a unique meeting link that if an external participant joins, the Extension gets notified. Apart from this of course, you can also create meetings and invite participants, and in this mode, Callers to the DID of the 3CX system can dial-in to the WebMeeting.

Good explanation. Just what I needed. Thank you.
