Hello,

we are currently experiencing some troubles regarding the 3CX Microsoft 365 Integration Console.

All services are up and running, the O365 Administrator-Account also seems fine. All our Users can still login in to the Webclient with their Microsoft Account and new Users will be shown as synced with Microsoft after some time.

But as shown after clicking on Settings --> Microsoft 365 the console is unfortunately not responding. I restarted the whole Linux Machine and tried opening it from several PCs and Browsers but the result was still the same.

Does anyone have an idea, had the same issue and maybe can help?

Thank you!!

How many users do you have in your Office tenant?

Hello, thanks for your response.
We have currently about 10.000 users in the Office tenant (employees and students).
But only employees have an 3CX Account (about 640 accounts, and 860 with ring groups, call queues etc.) which are then synched with O365.
Do you think the amount of users could lead to the overload or crash of the console?
Thanks!

Although usually with up to ~10000 we haven't experienced many problems, it does look like it could be a timeout, by the time you are saying that new users are eventually created in 3CX and they are synced to O365.

We shall update the following thread once we have an improvement on this:

Locking this to avoid duplicate threads, but you can comment anything in this other thread.
