Microsoft 365 Integration - times out after initial configuration

After running through the initial 365 setup we get a timeout. We are running version 18.0.2.307

Not seeing any errors in the verbose logs, tried limiting our app (users and groups) to reduce objects being past back as we have 20+k users but that hasn't helped (not sure if that limits objects back to the system)

Yes, currently we are investigating scenarios where the MS365 users are above 15-20K that do result in a timeout.

It doesn't seem to happen in all cases, but we are planning on improving performance in this area, most likely for V18 Update 3.

We also face the same issue. We are trying to integrate 3CX with MS365 which has approx. 30K users.

As per the 3CX logs, looks like 3CX tries to fetch 500 users at a time and Management Console gets into a timeout after 1 minute.

We have configured an internet lease line to this 3CX server which can go up to 2MB/s maximum speed. Will bandwidth enhancement helps to sort this issue?

Also please note that we just need to enable SSO only 25 users in MS365 for 3CX and not for all 30K users.

I don't think that increasing the the speed beyond 20Mbps would make much difference, but as it is for a fairly small amount of users, I'll send you a PM with something you can try.

Not something I can share right now in regards to an ETA, but on a more positive note, we have made changes which seem to have improved this a lot and are prepping an environment to to test with 50k+ users.
