Solved Microsoft 365 SSO keeps requesting permissions

Hello,

Microsoft SSO seems to work fine but if we log out and log back in through Microsoft, we keep getting "Permissions Requested Review for your Organization".

I've check the permissions on Azure AD the application has implicit grant Access Tokens and ID Tokens checked. I also checked API Permissions and have granted everything.
