Microsoft 365 Status Sync

Hi,

Reviewed the documenation on Syncing Calendars and Teams Status to 3CX Presence - here.
However, there's no option to "Accept the Call" for any status other than "Available"

Seems like a huge oversight...

I see that I've got two options:

1. Tell these users that their phones will no longer ring.


2. Lose visibility of user status in 3CX and disable the feature.


The biggest gripe I have is if I walked away from my desk, get lunch, or are in a meeting, I don't even have the option to receive the call...

"Receive the call as normal" should be a selectable option in the dropdown of other status'

That is a known problem and will hopefully fixed in u5.

Some news to this version... The old desktop app doesnt work anymore. Good to know!

@bitn2 Thank you for your explanation of the matter! Yes it certainly helped.

re the electron I will check, I think its a mistake. But we want to announce and give a few months to move all the clients, so I think this disable of the old client is a mistake.
