Looking to move hosts to Google Cloud. I've deployed a few tests and new clients using PBX Express. Whats the best way to move our current clients over to Google Cloud using the Linux config?

Thanks

Hi Mobycom,

Backup your PBX and download it. Shut down your PBX express instances, restore the config onto the new servers on google cloud.

Make a Full Backup of your current installation and make sure you DO NOT check options "Include License Key Information and FQDN".
Then install the new system and restore the backup.

NOTE

• Any 3CX license must be used on one PBX. Any activation to a different system will cause the first to revert to free as well as this is a violation of the 3CX agreement (contact sales for additional info at http://www.3cx.com/company/contact/).
As the FQDN will be bound to the license key you will need to log in to the customer.3cx.com and release the key from there.

A. f the key is a PBX edition use the credentials located in the email you received with the PBX edition key and release the FQDN from the key in order to use the same FQDN again with the new key....
B.If the key is an NFR key you will need to release it from your partner portal, using your partner login details.
C. If this is a paid key then you can log on to the the erp system using the credentials found in the email sent to the registered owner of the key and release it from there.
Then procceed with the installation of the PBX in google cloud using the restore option.
