Title says it all. SBC Log below - not seeing anythng obvious. Any suggestion welcome

How recently was this?

If you get on the SBC and ping the FQDN does it resolve correct IP?
 
Just migrated so brand new SBC deployment (but by far not first rodeo...)
Yes it resolves to the correct IP (edited in the posted log but it is correct)

You mean OS ? Debian 12, sbc v20 installed from iso downloaded from 3cx. Physical NUC
 
Assume 3CX passes firewall test?

Are you able to check teh config file of the SBC to make sure the password for the tunnel is correct?
 
Well it is a 3cx hosted instance so I'd hope it passes... :)

Anything in the event logs on pbx? How restrictive is your network where SBC is? Is anything else using 5090?
 
Not sure to understand your question "Is anything else using 5090 ?" - you mean inbound ? Certainly not NAT-ed but as far as I understand not needed with SBC ?
Nothing (al all...) on the 3cx log. Is there a way to trigger a "debug" log ?
 
Having a closer look to the log it would seem the connection is established but then terminated by the PABX ("Bridge failure on : Connection is terminated by peer - while begin to read a packet from tunnel").

PBX Tunnel logs are needed, for some reason it doesn't like the connection. Try recreating SBC, it is probably faster than going through the logs.
 
Unfortunately I don't have immediate physical access to the site so recreating the SBC is not a short term option.

Would you be willing to help debuging the tunnel setup (I have root ssh access to the machine) ?
 
If you provide the verbose tunnel logs as a PM to me, I will try.
 
Thanks - the next obvious question is: how would I get those from my hosted v20 ? I have set logging to verbose but not sure what's next...
 
If the SBC is trying to connect right now, generate a support info zip.

In any case I have deleted the SBC and generated a new pass - same issue...

Full support info generated and on it's way by PM
 
Thanks to @ivank off forum involvement we eventually manged to sort out this matter. Still not 100% sure of the root cause but all good now.
