I created a new hosted account this morning. I am trying to migrate from on-premise Windows 3CX to cloud hosted at 3CX.
I want to also change the FQDN during this process. I understand what it takes to do this at the customers location with changing the SBC.
This issue I am having is I cannot find a way to upload my existing backup. When I open the "Backup and Restore" section of the hosted site, it does not give me the ability to upload a local backup. Only select a previous backup created by the hosted site.
I have a backup of the on-premise system minus FQDN and license. I what hoping to be able to import it into the hosted location so I do not have to recreate the extensions and lose the Voicemails.
Is this possible?
