Missed Call Notification?

[johnnyr]

Hello,

I recently stumbled upon this softphone today, and absolutely love it. The only thing I don't like about it is that there is no missed call notification. While the softphone is minimized to the taskbar, Is there an option to enable a pop-up that hangs around until you close it, notifying you that you missed the call?

Thanks!

John

Hi John

John, such kind of feature is not provided by 3CXphone - you may propose it on the Feature Requests section.
User may easily see if there are missed calls by simply showing phone's window (single-clicking phone's tray icon) an to see if missed call button is blinking.
