Missed calls and ring groups

Hi

I'm still pretty new to using 3cx, so hopefully here is a simple answer to my question.

My main dial in is directed to a ring group (800) thus works really well. But yesterday I was out all day and missed 13 calls.

Three of the 13 left messages.

On my hand set it registers the numbers of the people who called (where cli was broadcast of course) so this isn't a serious issue as I can always use this list to call people back. However I was hoping to be able to use myphone to list these calls making it easier to manage the call back process. However, I can't log onto ext:800 (the ring group) to check for missed calls and on the phone where I direct messages to the missed calls aren't there.....

Is there a way to list these missed calls? Is so please advise.

Look at the Myphone for one of the extensions that is a member of the ring group 800 and it should show the missed calls.

You can also open up 3CX Assistant and it will show details about all calls.

I tried looking at the extension records but all it lists are the calls made directly to that extension.

Don't have 3CX assistant installed, will try and advise.
