Dear community, unfortunately I haven't found a solution to this yet and nothing else in the forum either.

Since upgrading from V18 to V20, a large customer of ours has noticed that when an internal colleague calls someone internally and he redirects the call by pressing away or by status to a third person or ring call, the "missed calls" list used to always say "who the call was forwarded to" - now no longer, but only the actual caller, but not who it came from. This means that the third person does not know who was actually wanted and who the person actually wanted to call. For external calls, you can regulate this with the "description" of the DID, then the DID name is displayed, but for internal employees there is nothing there. See screenshot comparing V18 and V20.

Is there a setting here to display it like this again?

Thank you a lot.
In V18 from 3CX on the Mobile App, we see "over Lukas" there the caller Elke was calling Lukas but he forwardet it too me and i missed the forwarded call.
So i know, Elke was searching Lukas.

In V20 from 3CX on the Mobile App same szenario i do not see over what employee the call was transfared.
Benjamin called Lukas, he forwarded it to me but i only see a missed call from originated caller Benjamin. So i do not know, that Benjamin was seaching Lukas,
i think he was searching me...

Thank you for this feedback we will look into it

Thank you for your feedback and interest in this case. I noticed the following yesterday. Employee A calls employee B, employee B is on "Status away" or "not registered or timeout when available" - his forwarding rule says, forward too extension or employee C directly. Then it looks like the screenshot in the example below, it only shows employee A with employee C and not employee B who redirects the call.

However, if employee B sets the forwarding rule to go to an IVR that has the name "Dir.EmployeeB" or in our case "Dir.Apple" and this IVR forwards it to employee C after 1 second, then employee C sees employee A who made the call and also through whom employee B it was transferred (IVR name). A workaround would be difficult to implement in a company with almost 80 users
Missed Calls from Employee C, without IVR he does not see from what employee it will be forwarded
With IVR he sees the name from IVR what is fordwarding the call.
