Missing Snom C520 V18.0 Update 4 (Build 965) Hosted

Am I missing something? Actually, we are, we do not have the Snom C520 option at all for adding a new phone. Need this for an install happening right now. V18.0 Update 4 (Build 965) Hosted. Anyone else have the same issue?

3CX said it was in the queue to be re-added to the phone list, but an eta was unavailable. Mine is sitting on my desk waiting to be activated. So frustrating, honestly.
