We are currently running 3CX v18 build 1880 and it has been working really well. The only small issue we have is with our Fanvil phones (X3SG) and the template in 3CX for these phones which seems to be missing the UTC+13 time zone, which is useful for Samoa (not to be confused with American Samoa, a completely different country), Tokelau, Tonga, etc. In fact, Samoa incorrectly shows up as UTC-11, which IS the time zone for "American Samoa", but not for "Samoa".
I appreciate that these countries represent a tiny amount of customers and so would be low priority, but it would be really great if the template could be updated in a future build to include us.
The phones themselves do support this time zone "UTC+13 Nukualofa, Apia" and we have been going into the web interface of each phone and manually setting this, but it is quite tedious to do this on 25 phones every time there is a firmware update or re-provision.
And yes I am aware you can make a custom template and have done just this today, but would really love if this was added to the "supported" template.
Additional note: If a 3CX engineer sees this post and is kind enough to update the template, none of the UTC+13 countries have daylight savings anymore, so no settings need to be done in that regard. Despite what you may read on some websites, Samoa no longer has DST as of last moth, when the government randomly decided to drop it and didn't tell the world, hence all the computer clocks and mobile networks in this country are still 1 hour out of sync right now!
