Hello,

We have organized and recorded a webinar with 3CX.

The colleague in charge had started and finished the webinar shortly before it began,
there was also a conference report about the duration of 20 seconds.

The webinar then took place via the same link, lasted an hour and was recorded.

But now there was no further conference report and the recording seems to be lost because there is no further conference report.

Unfortunately, neither at the start of the conference nor anywhere else (as far as I know) was there a hint about this scenario, that a recording is no longer possible once the webinar has already ended.

The questions, how do I get the recording?
Where are they stored or processed?
Can the location for the recording be changed so that a download only via the link is not the only option?

Best regards

Hello LeHi, you could use 3CX WebMeeting API to get details about your past meetings.
Details are here:
https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/video-conference-rest-api/

Check documentation for "reports" API here:
https://documenter.getpostman.com/view/17439253/UUxzBnmk#6c3c8624-215a-4714-bd18-b8993a81e34f

Thanks for the tip about the API interface.

I have been able to test the queries successfully.

There seems to be no data for the video conference in question. When I make a query for the period, I do not receive any data.

PS: I only receive data about the 20 seconds from 08:53 to 08:54 that we also received as a conference report as an email.
There is no data about the actual webinar that took place afterwards.

By default data is stored for 90 days. If the webinar is older, you won't find any data. You can extend data preservation time by adding/editing the parameter MEETINGSESSION_DELETE_AFTER specifying the number of days.

In case the webinar is more recent than 90 days, double check the extension number and ensure it matches organizer extension. Anyway, I contacted you in private to troubleshoot this specific meeting.
