Mobile app behind a VPN such as Nord VPN

Hello,

One of my customers uses a VPN to secure his data on his I-Phone, the thing is that now his mobile app won't connect to 3CX. Disabling the VPN solves the problem.

Is there a way to connect the mobile app when the VPN is enabled?

IOS 16.0.2

We don't have a workaround - yet - for this problem, but it's on our ToDo list.

As this is not only concerning 3cx app, I would propose to file it to NordVPN.
Or did NorxVPN already solve the problem?
Did you try other instant VPN solutions?
