Hello,

Is 3CX able to discard blanks when sent an outbound call? If the Mobile Phone field of an user of Azure AD has blank spaces (for example, "+34 777 555 222"), 3CX imports that info with the same format but it cannot be dialed (because of blanks) f.e. when you have checked the option "Ring my mobile simultaneously".

Is there any solution?

Regards,
Victor

The spaces should get removed but why are you adding them? Why not use E164 simply?

Spaces and special characters in phone number should never be there.

It an Azure configuration, the admin who registered the users probably used this more readable format, so when 3CX imports that info the format remains unchanged.

I'll request the change in Azure.

Thanks.
