Hi,

My goal is to setup the modem attached to our server as a Line that we can use for outbound and inbound calls. It is a physical phone line attached to a modem on the server.

It's connected on the server, but how to I get 3CX configured to use it. I went into PSTN Gateway but that only seems to be for configuring specific PSTN hardware and not a generic Modem. Thanks for your assistance

No...you cannot use a modem as a SIP gateway. The device you use must be SIP compliant.

Just because a phone line plugs into it, doesn't mean it's a gateway.
