Solved Modification of scheduled video meeting

Is there any way to modify a scheduled meeting and send a revised invitation? Right now, I am deleting the meeting and sending a new one every time there is a schedule change and customers often confuse the emails/link they receive.

Hi @luminet,

To change a 3CX Webmeeting, you will need to use the 3CX Legacy Windows App and follow the procedure below.

1. Open 3CX App for Windows (Legacy)
   

1. Click on the Conference button on the bottom panel and you will see the list of scheduled Webmeetings/Webinars

1. Find the Webmeeting/Webinar you want to edit and press on the “Edit Conference Schedule” button. You will see each of your webmeetings/webinars twice. One entry for the Audio conference portion of this webinar, and one for the Video conferencing. You will edit the Video conference part ONLY. This is the entry with 3 icons, as shown below.

1. Click on “Schedule”
   1. If you do not see any participants, press ← and retry to edit. This sometimes happens.

1. Change the schedule accordingly.
   1. Change the date
   2. Change the time (if applicable)
   3. Click Schedule

This will reschedule the time and date but will not notify the participants of any changes.
