move a call from windows app to smartphone app

Hello, I like to know if there's the possibility to answer a call to my pc windows app and then, cause I need to move outside the office, switch it to my android 3cx app without end the call.
Also if it's possible viceversa.

You can blind transfer the call to yourself. You may need to enable "accept multiple calls"

You can park the call and pick it up on the mobile. In the mobile app keypad/dialer page, tap the magnifying glass, type the SP number (e.g. "sp2") and "Call Sp2" will appear as an option.

Thanks for the replies, I tried boths. I find the usefull solution, for me, in the park mode.
