I looking for some advise please.
I would like to move call recordings from the default recording directory into a specific location for each customer. Eg, I have a customer contact directory, I put all the Orders, Invoices, credit notes etc into this location so if someone is trying to look up what has/hasn't happened with this customer they can see everything in one place.
I would therefore like to move all call recordings from their current location into this directory so whoever is looking can see in addition to all the paperwork, all the phone calls as well and potentially listen to them if needed.
It's simple enough to do programatically, but when I implemented some code last year when I was using V12 (I'm now using V14 SP2) 3CX suddenly stopped recording any calls.
Before I implement on V14 it would be good to know if I'm going to get the same error again (maybe all call recordings are in a database somewhere and by moving them I corrupted the integrity of the database) and if so, what I can/ can not do about it.
Anyone got any ideas as I need to have call recordings working all the time?
Thanks in advance
Iain
