Hi,
bacuse of moving 3CXFree to cloud I am wondering how to deal with SIP provider I use now. I am located in Bosnia and Hercegovina and Telemach SIP provider I use is working with v20 3CX on premise installation without problems. If I want to move to 3CX in Cloud, if I am not wrong, I can only choose supported SIP provider. Is that true? I don't think that we will get supported SIP provider in Bosnia&Hercegovina soon enough. Can I use unsupported SIP provider in Cloud on my own responsibility. I don't know if it is possible at all, because I didn't try cloud yet.
Any help appreciated

With the SMB pbx you can only use supported providers. If you want to use an unsupported provider you need to use at least a pro version selfhost. With update 4 you can use this with a pro 3cx hosted.

So I am living in third world country and I can not use 3CXfree. What a shame. I will need now to think about alternatives because we will not change our SIP provider for sure

There is a difference between the 3CX SMB Free and the Hosted by 3CX. The 3CX Hosted instance is a dedicated instance that yo can use with any provider you want, just like on premises.

Just take a backup of your own on premises instance and restore it in the 3CX Hosted. It will carry your configuration over, including the provider.

that is right but it is small company with 5 phones, and Hosted 3CX need to be payed. It is overkill for this small installation for couple of phones.

Thats what you can get... Pro selfhosted is really cheap for what you get. Pro 3cx hosted is also not expensiv. For free there isnt much you can do.
