Hi there,
Running enterprise v20, so I am in process of setting up Multi Tenant, following the instructions, I have got her all installed.

Is there a way to see if it is done as multi-tenant, as the next part of instructions shows department ranges under options, but I do not see that, all I see is the below.
Does this mean the multi-tenant was not done? If this is just how it looks now with U3, then fine, but I dont want to spend time setting it all up if it did not get rolled out properly.

Cheers

Hi @Vivaciti Ltd navigate to System >> Multi Company and check if the option is enabled as shown below.

Hi, thank you for your very fast reply, I do not see that under system, and thats odd as I followed the instructions edited the config file and then attached.
Let me do it again and see if the problem lays between the chair and the keyboard.

What build is this? Im on U3 806 and cannot see this.
Ah, I am on the same build, does your work as multi-tenant? (Version 20.0 Update 3 (Build 806 Release))

Search for MCM under parameters and set it to 1. You'll also have to check the option to limit calls to groups.

Whats the point in having a check box if you can only toggle it off via the GUI?

If you navigate to Advanced >> Parameters and search for MULTICOMPANYMODE is it listed in the parameters and set to 1?

You had probably put the parameters in an extension DN parameters instead of the global parameters section. So it didn't really apply.
