Yes, there is more sharing in what is considered to be multi tenant - but there are different approaches and in fact no one dictates that the data has to be shared or located on the same device. One could also run instances of multi tenant systems to get the best of both worlds - wouldn't they? Very strong statements and some points are just not very clear.
