Multi-time zone setup

we have a client who has the hq in NSW sydney and their branch office in QLD Gold coast. Both on one 3cx hosted platform.
day light saving took affect on 2/10/23 in NSW but QLD don't have day light saving.

how do I go around this problem in 3cx hosted platform

You would need to create a group for Queensland and another for New South Wales. Each of these groups can have its own Timezone, Office Hours, and Holidays.

Each of your users in each state will be placed into the relevant group.
