Good day,

My company has different websites for different sections of its business. I've tried using the same account information on both sites but didn't work. Thus, I've created a different system for the 2nd site and I've logged in on the app with both. I can switch perfectly fine between the accounts(systems) on my phone and the chat works on both.

The problem I'm experiencing is that when I'm logged into Account A on my phone, and someone sends me a message on Website B, then Account B on my phone does not notify me of the incomming message, until I manually change to Account B, then I see there was a chat message.

Why does the app not do a push notification for all the accounts on the phone when a message is sent on the sites?

The app registers Push for only 1 account at a time. The one active. The other accounts are disconnected when switched.

There's no way to change that.

That being said, why didn't it work for you the first thing you tried? You shouldn't need two systems if it's just for basic stuff.

I tried copy and pasting that url to the second site, but then the icon doesn't appear. I then believed that a system is linked to a specific site url, so when the website url changes then u can't use the same system on 2 different sites? If it is possible that would be great, but didn't work when I tried.

What do you mean "sites" and "URLs"? 3CX uses QR code to provision the apps.

In the WordPress plug in I need to paste the 3CX Talk URL. I thought pasting the same url in both sites will let both sites connect to the same agents, but when I paste the talk url on the second site, that site's bubble doesn't appear.

You need to separate the URL by a semicolon, and also, make sure you use the actual URL the site is served from. For example, Wix sites use CDNs and have different URLs for the CORS policy (which is the field you enter the site URL in.)

The URL you are referring to is during a new system setup where it asks the site location? If so, I cant seem to find that field on an existing system to join the second url to. Where in the settings can I find it? The sites are not Wix and I do have cpanel access to them individually for wordpress.
