Hi there,

Currently we're seeing a slight issue on our Windows server every 30 minutes where the time is changed:

Code:
The system time has changed to ‎2020‎-‎04‎-‎22T10:26:57.561000000Z from ‎2020‎-‎04‎-‎22T10:26:48.426982400Z.

Change Reason: An application or system component changed the time.

This causes a spike in CPU usage and call audio drops for a few seconds and comes back.

I've noticed the NTP settings within the 3cx management console point to pool.ntp.org, I want to set this to some local NTP servers however I want to do it against two, not one.

What is the correct way of setting this, would it be:

Code:
ntp1.domain.com,ntp2.domain.com

Thanks

You change the settings here - Settings - Parameters - search for TIME_NTP_SERVER then change the setting.

I believe this is just for 3CX and not windows server which has it own settings

Hi Saqqara,

Thanks, I've found the location to change it, I just want to make sure of the formatting for applying multiple NTP servers.

Is this correct?

Code:
ntp1.domain.com,ntp2.domain.com

Thanks
