Multiple Presenters in WebMeeting - Screen Sharing

Hi

We are looking to use the Webinar functionality for a series of presentations we wish to host and have been testing the multi presenter function, the meeting organiser can share their screen without and issue and all participants can see it, however when another presenter or organiser then wants to share their screen, no participants can see their screen and we are unable to get go back and see the screen of the meeting organiser.

We can have multiple presenters share PDF's and a Whiteboard without an issue.

Has anyone seen this issue?

Hi there, can't reproduce this problem. When it occurs for you, do you see any errors in the Chrome F12 console? Also on which server are you connecting to? (Can be seen under Settings > Info)

Server version is 16.0.910, I will double check if there are any errors in Chrome

We have tested again, and can't reproduce the error now, anyone who is a Presenter or an Organiser can share their screen successfully.

I am having same problem in the last two days, unable to do screen sharing. We had to retry many times which took around 5 minutes to make it work. also the audio was cut many times...

Server: Virginia
Chrome and iOS users were connected.
The users were seeing black screen.

is there any solution for this?
