Solved Multiple Queue Manager notifications

We have some queues with 2 managers setup. Only one manager gets any of the notifications. Is this by design? or something I can change?

Right now, I am putting an exchange rule to cc the other manager , but not a long term solution.

Do the two users have email addresses in their extension's settings?

OMG! you are right , sorry .. someone must have blanked it somewhere. Whats odd is shes getting other reports but those are probably manually entered on the reporting area so it doesn't matter.

Dont ask why I didn't even think to check ..
