Multiple users on Shared Voicemail

What happens if two users try to access the shared voicemail at the same time?

We have a user who says she was listening to shared VM when the message was cut off and she was not given the options menu. The office manager thinks it has to do with someone else accessing the VM at the same time. I'm not convinced.

This should not be the case as both would be able to hear it.
Have you also tried to replicate and get the same issue?

We did try to replicate. We tried a couple of different timings on the two calls.

So far we have not been able to replicate the issue.

And we have not been able to rule out simple communication or user errors.

Maybe you need to check with the user on how they replicate this.
