Solved Multiple Whatsapp numbers

Hi,

Is it possible to have multiple whatsapp numbers, for example assign for each department?

I have configured 2 numbers. The 1st one I can receive and send. For the second number I can receive but cannot send and getting a red cross.

It is possible but you need to have one trunk per number on your PBX. Each number needs its own webhook to work.

Are your numbers under the same business account or on separate? How do you have them configured in your PBX?

Thanks for your reply. The numbers are on the same business account but in separate apps.

Yes I have created a trunk for each number and an inbound rule for each number.

As mentioned I can receive on both numbers, but on the second one I created, I cannot send.

Check the access token and phone number ID again and see if those match.

All good now. Found out that needed to add a payment method (Credit Card) to be able to reply to messages.
