Hi,

Is there a way to stipulate an order in which to play MOH files to callers? A playlist seems to start with the first file, and then continue to play through it regardless of whether a new caller or not.

Within the general MOH settings, I can choose multiple files, but these seem to be for choosing for a group etc. Is the answer just to have one long WAV file chosen in option 1?

Yes that is the answer for achieve the desired behaviour. You will need to merge your files in the order you want them in one larger file and apply it in option 1.

But keep in mind that the MOH service plays the audio in a continuous loop. It doesn't start at the beginning for each call. Your caller will hear the audio where ever the audio is currently in the loop -- most likely NOT at the start of the audio file.

Actually if you choose a single file and not a playlist to be played as the main music on hold the file will start from the beginning for every new caller.
