My 3cx app does not want to register

Hi Guys

I am having a issue with one of out clients, their 3cx app on their computer does not want to register.
I have tried the basic re-provisioning, uninstalling and re-installing the app and made sure all the underline details asin trunks and ports are correct.
The app work perfectly when provisioning it on my computer and making calls.

Hi @DylanB,

Which 3CX App are you trying to register? How are they trying to register? (ie is it the New Desktop App trying to register via the Web Client? Is it the mobile app trying to register via scanning a QR code?)

Are the users local to the PBX or external?
