Solved My hosted PBX disappeared

I created a hosted PBX about a month and a half ago on the free year plan. I linked one trunk and 5 extensions to it. I got backup confirmation emails.

Now, it's gone and my account says I'm self-hosted. The domain name doesn't resolve. No response from 3cx.

Does anybody know what's going on? Is there a hosting outage? Did something get rolled back? Did I miss a step?

I cannot imagine what a nightmare this would be if were had been live. I'm very nervous about going with 3cx hosting now.

Aw crap, I was rolling it out. Do you know if there a way to recover it? I will upgrade to pro.

Yes, wait until someone from the 3CX Hosted Team replies. They are usually pretty quick.

Thanks for the reply, I'm relieved that it's by design, though I would have appreciated some kind of warning; I would have just broken out the credit card. I was waiting for my client to approve it.

As I can see, this machine was not actively used (less than 15 calls OR chats per week)
The owner of the key has been notified about this via email but it seems it has been ignored.
Due to this fact our monitoring system indicated that there is not enough activity at your PBX and it was triggered to be parked.

Your machine has been parked for more than a week without anyone asking to be unparked. As you can understand now instance has been deleted.
Your key though has been reset and you may deploy your PBX again via your https://customer.3cx.com/ portal at 3cx Hosted for the remaining time of the year, since your first activation.

If you wish to keep your machine out of these criteria, please upgrade your key from Trial to Pro or Enterprise.


If you are referring to a different license key, please open a support ticket and we will check it immediately.
