We wanted to know if the "Lookup By Number SQL Statement:" in the CRM configuration (MySQL database), synchronized the 3CX contacts with the information retrieved in the CRM?
If so, how often does it sync? Is it only during an outside call or every night, or something else?
Does it update contacts already existing in 3CX?
