Hi,
now my SIP server work!! (it's a the office) (LAN)

but, now I want to connect it from home using my domaine :
sip.mydomaine.com

I have A NAT and a Firewall at the office.
my local IP serveur is : 10.5.5.2

I have do a NAT Rule for port : 5060, 5481(admin),3478, 7000-7499, 9000-9499.

And I have Open the firewall for the same port.

I don't have a software firewall on the serveur.

Now at Home, with X-like, I can conect to the serveur, et I can do call or response to a call. (I'm correctly registered)

But I can't speak or listen the conversation :(

It's strange. on the lan it work.

Must I Open an other port? or do a an other NAT rule?

Thanks

Mmmm..

If a do a call "me from home" and "my brother from home" with "sip at the office" we can do a call, and it work.

If "me at office" and "my brother at office" we can do a call.

But, If "I'm At office" and my "brother At Home", we can't speak :S
But we can be registered, and can do the "Ringing".

strange...

Please config the STUN for your X-Lite and Bind that extension to Media Server.

If still cannot fixed your issue, please post your console log here. That maybe help to fixed your problem.

Try to enable the RTP ports on the Firewall (yeah yeah I know Mediaserver fixes everything).

Also remember how these things work, only the traffic originated from behind the firewall has a "free" in and out through the firewall, that might explain why you some of your calls work.

What you have is a typical issue that the audio is not comming through and that is RTP traffic. Focus on that and let use know how you go.

Also post the logs (like my fellow 3CX valued professionals state [Bummer I am not the only one in the world anymore, better update my business card LOL])
