Native phone app seems to take call from 3CX app - Note 8

Hi Folks,

App version is 15.5.344.492
Phone OS is 8.0.0

I'm having a bit of a strange issue where the app on my mobile will receive a call, it displays number calling and provides a way to answer or reject. After a few seconds it seems to hand off to the native phone app, the number calling disappears and its listed as a private number calling.

The call is then listed in the native phone app as a private number and the entry in the recent calls is listed as the phone number of the mobile that picked it up.

I know we have our system divert to our mobile numbers after 30 seconds of no answer in case we are out of range of decent data network or in another country. Apart from that it should be a fairly stock setup.

Any ideas?

And you are certain you haven't enabled "ring mobile phone at the same time"?

I can't believe I overlooked that....
Also ring my mobile was checked, our provider set it all up so I didn't even consider that would have been turned on.

I've turned it off and we'll see how we go.
