Need group voicemails with MWI across 3 ring groups

Hey!

So after delaying this for a year (my first 3CX license actually ran out just yesterday from our first attempt), we're finally attempting to move from an old local Elastix server to a cloud PIAF5/3CX. Originally we were trying to do it to a local PIAF box, but we had some pFSense firewall issues we decided to avoid.

Problem is, we're using it in a home environment (we have 3 SIP trunks: the main home number, the business, and the annexe's number) so we need only 3 different voicemail boxes for the 3 ring groups, some of which have phones in 2 out of the 3 groups.

The 'Destination if no answer' is set to 'Voicemail box for (insert ring group here)' but this only sends the extensions an email, no MWI to inform us that there is a new message, and from what we've seen, the voicemail box for a ring group can't be accessed via a phone, only via email and the webclient.

Is there any way we could get voicemail boxes for ring groups with MWI and accessed from a phone?

Email is the only notification at this time. You may do better to setup dummy extensions and then provision these extensions as separate accounts on each phone. That will make the MWI work for all three voicemail boxes, and when you press the voicemail button it will show you all three boxes and let you choose which voicemail to listen to.
